With the vision of “Bringing communities together to create and sustain better tomorrow”, Tarachand Ramnath Seva Trust is now the primary means of bringing about social change, for the Rathi family. Under the leadership of Smt. Geetadevi Rathi, Shri. Nandkishore Rathi and Shri. Ratan Rathi, the organisation has transitioned from a traditional charitable approach to a more philanthropic, problem-solving approach. The Trust focuses on SDGs 3, 4, 8, and 11, i.e. Good health and well-being, quality education, decent work and economic growth, and Sustainable cities and communities.


Saiyam, an anti-addiction Initiative: To create reinforcement awareness against addictions in the target audience (13-16 years age group) from the selected community


Mahesh Safety Net: A Collaboration/collective of organizations and Individuals from Maheshwari Community working towards ensuring that ‘No’ maheshwari family is vulnerable in case of calamities.

  1. Immediate relief in case of emergencies (soft loans, Education Scholarships, Medical services, etc.)
  2. Long term relief (Capacity-building, Employment opportunities and Mentor-ship etc.)

Project Future-DCT:

Project aim is to strengthen children’s Today and empower tomorrow who lost their parents due to Covid-19 by providing Economic and Psycho-social support.

  1. Providing Direct Cash Transfers to the Guardians or Shelters to support the identified children in Pune.
  2. Professional Counselling Support to immediate care givers and affected children.


Joy of Leading:

This is a leadership development programme to identify and nurture social leaders from the Maheshwari community

  1. The immersion model (hands on experience) is designed to give participants a glimpse of regular work of various NGOs.
